Yum Banana Muffin

breakfast

The muffins came out lovely. Very moist, as I used four ripe and bruised bananas. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough, due to the honey in the recipe. A keeper.

It’s before 6 AM here and your muffin is making my mouth water. And, you know, it’s been a very long time since I’ve had a muffin for breakfast.

I’m making muffins. With walnuts and chocolate chips. And half self raising flour and half whole wheat flower. And hopefully I’ll have a nice breakfast tomorrow! I used my kitchenaid for the first time today. Yay!

Yay for the KitchenAid. Isn’t it the best?

Marjon, I’ve decided when you visit we are going to make cupcakes together and you can bring them with you to Canada.

What a cool coffee cup! Does it have a handle?

Heh, yeah, it does. Word of warning. I bought two of these at a Crate and Barrel outlet. A brown one and a yellow one. I love them. One day the geekboy and I were making tea, and he poured water from the kettle into the brown cup. Immediately, the brown cup cracked, and then the bottom fell out. WTF?

That’s so weird. So it survived the whole ceramic kiln firing process but coudln’t handle hot water.

I was hoping it wouldn’t have a handle and would be stackable…

I think you can find those, though, Lauren. I’ve seen them. Like this?
