My Floridian sister just text-messaged me the following: “OMG Publix has pork roll. Life as we know it will never be the same.”

    Yay! Thanks for the heads-up, I will be purchasing some at my Publix tomorrow. Sunday breakfast is going to be AWESOME.

    Hubby was so excited to find pork roll at our local Publix here in Fla La Land. Me… I was thrilled to find linguica!

    I don’t know if I’ve ever had linguica. I remember seeing someone cooking with it on Food Network and making a mental note to get some…what do you like to serve it with?

    My personal fave is scrambled eggs with sliced, suateed linguica for breakfast. A lot of people use it in kale soup or other stews. I’m a Portagie from Massachusetts. You probably saw Emeril cook with it as he is also - though you’d never know it since he became Cajun over the years.
