Writer’s Strike Over
Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 09:39amCongratulations to the writers, the strike is over and everyone can go back to work. Here’s a list of what you can expect from your favorite shows. I didn’t realize until last night, watching a repeat on TBS, how much I miss The Office.

I really wanted to like “Bionic Woman,” but I can muster up much concern that it was cancelled. I’ve tried to put my finger on it, and why a show like “Terminator” seems so much better. One of the things, I guess, was that Jamie seemed so pissed off that she was made bionic. I’m thinking that would be superior to basically being a one-eyed, one-eared, one-armed stump. I hated the sister subplot… It just seemed to be missing something.

TOTALLY agree. How am I supposed to give a rat’s ass about the Bionic Woman if all she does is complain about being bionic? Shut up.
The sister, in the original pilot, was supposed to be deaf. I think they just didn’t know how to write her.

Even though I was embarrassed to explain the plot of the show to my friends, I’m a little sad Journeyman was cancelled.

I am very sad that was Journeyman was cancelled. It was really hitting its stride towards the end and, I thought, was a great show.
