Isn’t PEACE and included objective of the present war in Iraq? Wouldn’t achieving said PEACE bring all those neighbors offspring home, (’cept the ones that have to guard the oil wells and pipelines) mission accomplished?

I’m so confused and I also have to return all my UNICEF Christmas cards now, as they all include that pesky liberal peace dove on em!

Well, you know the traditional meaning of Christmas has always been all about the killing. We all know the stories about Christ’s holy collection of ninja throwing stars, right?

I take the complexities of the points re: balancing the right to freedom of expression on one’s private property along with a homeowners’ association’s responsibility to limit signage to prohibit a particularly obnoxious local from selling exterior wall space to Marlboro or whatever, but I really do think that once we’re talking about “satanic peace wreaths”, reason has long since left the meeting.

but umm…peace? jesus christ - PEACE is OFFENSIVE? send them to iraq and then see how offensive they find peace…
