   I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned, but my husband is a sommelier (professional wine guy) and there are definitely lots of good wines in a box these days! I’m still going to recommend you steer clear of the Franzia, but that’s just me. oh, and screwtops–lots of good wines with screwtops (not corks), too.

   Ever since I had my kids, I like wine in a box because I feel like it stays better longer. Before I had kids, I mean, I had NO problem just finishing the whole damned bottle but now because of breastfeeding and extreme fatigue I can’t drink like I used to. I buy a box of red (I think it’s a cab but I can’t remember *see extreme fatigue*) from Target and it’s yummois. I never buy the Franzia, though - it could be love in a box and I still wouldn’t buy it because I’m snobby like that.

   First, you open the box.
   Then you put your wine in the box.
   Then you open the spout on the box….

   I’d prefer just to have the barrel sitting in my kitchen.
