   Ugg. So gross! And all the people who don’t get why this is offensive and say “Oh, it’s just a joke!” makes it even worse. I don’t know. Maybe I don’t have the same sense of humor, working in the domestic violence field and all.

   Shockingly, he did not solicit the opinions of the women at the local domestic violence shelter, but I’m sure they would have found it hilarious.

   I didn’t get the cement shoes joke until it was explained in the discussion. What a stupid “joke”. I was thinking it was going to be in the vein of since the wifey needs to spend more of your hard-earned money on silly shoes, then … that’s where the joke would need to come in. So stupid.

   Sadly, nope! Not “oh your silly wife and her silly shoes.” More like “if your silly wife wants shoes, maybe you should think about killing her instead.” Yay.
