So now we can look forward to Where the wild things are – the musical. Or is there one already?
When I first heard about this, I thought it was sick and wrong to make a movie out of it. But the trailer makes it look good. I’ll be reading your reviews, it won’t be released here until October. Even though nobody in Holland knows the book.
One thing I’ve learned in life is to never ever doubt Spike Jonze. He busted his ass for years on this and fought tooth and nail everyone in his path that said things like “too dark!” and “use CGI!”

Wow, that made me just about cry. It’s going to be so amazing and awesomely beautiful.
Also, wow for Arcade Fire! I’m sure they’ve been used in film before, it just is perfectly matched to this and just, wow.
