Whatchoo Wearing?
Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 09:18amToday’s another busy day for me, so let’s go to the old standby: Hey baby, what are you wearing? I’m boring but cute today in jeans, a green v-neck sweater with striped oxford underneath, and brown loafers. And I’m even having a good hair day! How about you?

I’m nine weeks pregnant and sadly my jeans are feeling mighty snug. I’m wearing black pants with pull string and a blue top. Feeling not cute at all.

Sandyjoys, if you haven’t already, be sure to get yourself a tummy sleeve. I’m super pregnant right now, and it’s come in so handy at all different stages. One of the most annoying things I’ve found is feeling like I have droopy drawers, and I have to keep hiking up my pants. This sleeve (kind of like a tube top) goes over the top of your pants, so you’ll actually be able to wear non-maternity pants during your pregnancy. Right now, it’s helping me get use out of the maternity pants that no longer fit at this stage.
Congrats on your pregnancy!
I’m wearing Gap black Maternity pants, my tummy sleeve, and a longish babydoll style top that is black with green and blue print.

Someday we will have to post photos of all the freakgirl.com babies!

I’m wearing black tights, black maryjanes wedges, a long black cotton skirt, a white v-neck t-shirt and a black eyelet cardigan. So if I lose my mind today and run screaming from the psycho chick at my job, I can go straight to waitressing or playing in a symphony orchestra.
freakgirl on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 10:22 am
mindy, that sounds like my dream outfit. Must be all those years of playing the violin.
Sandyjoys on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 10:22 am
With my son, my pants were falling off of me at the end, so I know what you mean but the droopy drawers. I will look into the belly sleeve! I can’t believe how big I feel already (and I’m big to begin with!)

What with all this ridiculous weather over these last couple of months (I know I sound like a broken record, but yesterday we got yest another snow storm and they are predicting another for tomorrow PLEASE HELP ME) I haven’t worn a skirt in so long and I love my skirts. I just can’t imagine wearing them with all this snow and slush outside. And it’s been so cold. Pants pants pants and many shawls. Today I’m wearing black cords, black button up short-sleeve black shirt with nice black satin trim, a black long sleeve sweater under that and a persimmon shawl wrapped around my neck for some colour. And black boots. I YEARN for spring.

This is a work at home day so I am in comfy fleece. I am actually wearing the boy’s fleece which I just noticed makes me look like I have an enormous droopy ass….sexy!

Jeans and a green v-neck sweater with white t-shirt underneath. I feel very Degeneres today. But, my hair IS fabulous. All curly with no frizz.
mindy on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 12:10 pm
Sandra: During the winter I wear skirts by having ones that can get tossed into a bag, wearing jeans on my commute and changing when I get here. I don’t have that many pants. And my office-mate is always cold, so it’s always cranked up to summer heat indoors, so changing is Of the Good.

Grey pinstripe pants, black t-shirt and light grey sweater with black suede ankle boots. That was to work today.
Now I’m wearing an old red sweater, red comfy socks and light blue comfy homemade flanel pants. There’s no place like home.

Black suede Pumas. White sport socks. Brown Levi cords. Black belt (not karate). Blue, short-sleeve Old Navy pocket polo. Maroon hoodie. Wedding ring. Smile.

And might you be smuggling a sea turtle?
I worked out at lunch, so I’m in blue lululemon Reflex shorts (with 3D cup!), grey Smells Like Roses long-sleeved tee, and my kicky navy/yellow/royal blue Nike trainers.
Ummm, it’s way butcher than it sounds.
Charlie on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 1:41 pm
I’m wearing Rock ‘N Republic jeans, a pink shirt and a grey cashmere v neck sweater. I hate my shoes, though…maybe I’ll drive over to Nordstrom’s at lunch!

I’m almost always in sweats for this game, but today I needs must shop so I get to play: low-rise boot-cut distressed jeans, chocolate ribbed poorboy sweater, espresso leather belt, square-heeled brown ankle boots, leather jacket in same shade as the belt.
Amy on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 2:27 pm
I’m wearing a black cotton cami underneath a deep plum long-sleeved cotton wrap around dress shirt (with a cute bow on the side!), medium gray wool lined dress pants, black dress socks and black Lifestride pumps. In other words, I’m at work. ;-)

I just woke up (I work nights, not just lazy) so I’m afraid it’’s boxers, a t-shirt and a robe for moi.

Here’s a shocker: I’m wearing pajamas!
Hugh on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 3:46 pm
I’m wearing a shirt…over another shirt. Which makes me cool.
Greater Czarina on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 5:20 pm
Peach fuzzy sweater over jeans, stupidly comfy black velcro-strap sneaks. I am a fashion fiend (not)!
Lauren on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 8:28 pm
I’m home sick today. I’m wearing gray yoga pants, an orange hoodie and orange and white striped socks.
freakgirl on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 8:57 pm
I hate when it’s 9:00pm and I’m still in my day clothes. These jeans are binding.
Soosan on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 9:12 pm
The moment I cross the threshold into my apt it’s pants off and pyjamas on!
Luckily, this weekend when the fire alarm went off and I had to evacuate, I was still in daytime clothes. (false alarm, thankfully).
sandra on Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 10:29 pm
FG, it’s 10:30 and I’m still in my work clothes, too - minus the shawl. How sucky is that. AND we had crappy pizza for dinner. This was not an awesome day.
freakgirl on Friday, March 07, 2008 at 7:46 am
We had pizza, too, but it was not crappy. It was delicious.
