Wow, my first comment on the new site - yay!

Every time I see/hear of “turducken,” all I can think about is that SNL skit where the restaurant keeps layering and layering foods. “First we wrap it in a pancake, then a pizza, then we pour salsa over it….”

Freakgirl, indeed it does exist. I think it’s officially called a “Fowl De Cochon.” When I had it a family friend from New Orleans made it, and he brought the thing over on a plane as carry-on baggage. Pre 9/11, of course. I like to think the seat next to him was open, and he strapped it in like an infant.
