Weekend Plans?
Friday, September 07, 2007 at 09:29amAny interesting weekend plans? Our weekend is decidedly less busy than last weekend. Early tomorrow morning, I’ll be meeting up with Beth to do a bike tour of Duke Farms. I’m trying to decide whether or not I should bring a camera. Maybe my little one. Other than that, we don’t have much else planned. Perhaps we’ll tackle some things in the garage…there is still a pile of unpacked boxes. Oy.

I hadn’t thought of taking the bikes there! Last Sunday, we took the bikes (and the toddler) into Central Park, and rode around the whole thing, stopping at a playground for some play, and then rode up Broadway to have lunch at Carmines. It was an awesome, awesome day. My son even fell asleep in the back of the bike at one point.

That sounds like a really nice day!
With Dukes, you have to make reservations and pay $10 for a bike tour. But Colonial Park here in Somerset is always free!

Anyone wanna come over to my house and help finish stripping/painting a 100 year old door this weekend? It’s going to be dark and light purple!

My baby son, Leo and I will be starting our swim class at the Y…It had a cute name like Kippers or Shrimp Babies or something…..Art Festival in our town the whole weekend….watch one of our neighbors move….Play personal assistant at my friend’s (putting together “outfits” with her existing wardrobe so she will stop buying clothes every 4 months).
