		<description>I'm fine now, just a little sore in the chest.

We have bike path next to the canal, but to be honest, I don't like to ride it alone. It's too secluded for my safety concerns. I used to ride it a couple miles alone but I would get really nervous and it wasn't worth it. Love riding it with company, though.

Today I just rode around town (there are a couple blacktop paths that go a few miles at a time). Doubling back, circling around a few neighborhoods, stuff like that.</description>

		<description>Yeah, inhalers are not something to leave behind.  Do you have a bike trail nearby?
We have one in Philly that goes all the way to Valley Forge, mostly on an abandoned railroad right-of-way.  I rode the whole thing with a friend last fall.</description>
