   OMG I am so there! I want to be one of the dancers on the steps. Not sure how they’re going to pull it off in SoHo though?? seems like Midtown East would be a better location.

   That sounds fantastic! I can’t watch that scene without smiling like a child the entire time.

   Oh my god! I really want to do this. I could totally do the Mia Sara bop. Or! I think there was an old guy in a wheelchair, I guess I could be him too. Oddly enough, a guy who reads my blog just told me he went to the high school they used in the movie.

   Btw, Geekboy told me about your love for Girls Just Want to Have Fun. You have no idea how many times I rented that from the library when I was younger. I was (am) obssessed with it. As a fun aside; My mom likes So You Think You Can Dance. I never really watched it before but I did this season and made a comment to her that this was just like GJWTHF. Swear to god, next episode they did a taped bit about the one girl and she said her favorite movie was GJWTHF! I was pulling for her to win just so she could have her dad storm the stage on the finale.

   Jill, that’s the best! I have GJWTHF on DVD — I think we found it for $1.99.
