Top 50 Music Videos Of 2005
A Top 50 Videos of 2005 list, with links to the videos. There is some great stuff here. I must say, though, Antony of Antony & The Johnsons (#20) scares the ever-living crap out of me. I’m fascinated by him yet terrified at the same time. His voice haunts me. Also of note, #48 because hey, David Cross! The White Stripes video (#21) is remarkable; I believe I read somewhere that it was done all in one long take.

i’m so way off from being with it. i’ve barely seen any of these videos. at least i know some of the bands!

I haven’t seen many of them either because where the hell do you even see videos anymore? Every single one I have seen before, I watched online.

Gah, I haven’t heard of most of these bands either. I’m no longer cutting edge. My beloved Roisin Murphy made the list at #35! Yay.
