This Weather is Killing Me
Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 08:53amYesterday in Jersey it was more than 60 degrees. I met Shannon, Mary and the kids for lunch and didn’t even need a coat! Tonight, it’s going to go down to 19 and there will be snow flurries later this week. I woke up with a blinding headache. I am too old for this crap. Now I understand why retirees move to places that have no weather.

I’ll admit we’ve been having a bit too much weather, but no weather at all might be boring :-)

I totally agree.
I think I’d just like my weather in seasons. Summer, Spring, Winter, Fall. Not this bizarre Fall-Summer and Winter-Spring hybrid we seem to get, where one day you could wear shorts and the next be scraping ice off the windshield of your car.

But just think — if it goes from cold to warm fast enough, we could possibly see a news story soon where somebody is driving their convertible with the top down, and gets beheaded by a sheet of ice from the top of a passing truck.
