For me, any night I'm in the same room as Beth Orton is a good one. It's funny, the last time we were in NYC, it was the first time (in a dozen visits) I was in a private car (not a taxi or subwqay) so it was a trip driving around the East Village looking for parking. Actually driving in NYC is akin to walking in Los Angeles, which stragely I've also done quite a bit. Wow, it’s a shame you had a bad time.
