Superbad

Last night we saw Superbad. LOVED IT. I wanted to watch it again, immediately. I have found my new Sixteen Candles. Thank you, Judd Apatow, for bringing me Seth Rogen and making this movie happen. Michael Cera is genius; nobody outside of Bob Newhart does awkward the way he does. Jonah Hill is gut-bustingly funny, and McLovin’ is my new idol. Some clips after the jump.

    I haven’t seen it yet, but I LOVED The Daytrippers and I’m psyched that Greg Mottola has a hit on his hands.

    Greg Mottola is fantastic. I loved Daytrippers but I am more familiar with him from his work on Arrested Development. He also did great work on Undeclared…you’re right, it’s about time he gets his due!
