I’m not really a garden girl either (plan to be as soon as I have the land for it) but I believe that you can sex some plants whichever way you want them to go if you get involved when they’re young enough.

HAHAHA! my mom is a garden expert and she said that was the dumbest thing she’d ever heard…and i was all – but mom…the pollen…the bees…it makes sense, but how can you tell? and she was like – i don’t know – you tell me, ms. smarty pants. and i said – i’m all lost when they don’t have ball sacks.
the quiet in the car was astounding until my dad finally just started cracking up. hehehe my mom still thinks i made that article up.
