FG, I know, I hate that commercial. It's so wrong. They are totally implying it will help you lose weight. Gum actually inherently does the OPPOSITE, b/c chewing causes you to release saliva which in turn sends a signal to your brain that you're getting ready to eat/digest something, so they've done studies that conclude that gum is terrible for dieting b/c it's literally making you hungrier. argh! rude! can you please leave women alone??? (cuz sorry we all know who the target is) ha!
