Most people have the stupidest ringtones. Seriously, lady, the theme from the Lone Ranger? And someone here smells like onions. And the wi-fi connection is kind of slow. And the woman who comes to fetch you once your car is finished is WAY too exuberant for a) this job and b) this early in the morning.

    I know about that lady - you are not kidding. I think she LOVES CARS. I actually ask for her when i call to make the appointment. The men sometimes don’t put it in the book right…
