I went on my first real date to see this movie and it was like *years* later before I realized that Andie and Blaine got together at the end, because I was too busy making out with my boyfriend at the time to notice. Please enjoy my shame.

I am so buying this! I’ve seriously been looking for downloads of the original for about a week with no luck. Even tho I was only about 8 when the classic John Hughes movies came out, I always thought they were more timeless than any of the more recent teen movies. Pretty in Pink is one of my faves, even tho she totally should have ended up with Duckie.

I agree, she should have ended up with Duckie. Take my word for it: I MARRIED a “Blaine” and he turned out to be a complete a-hole.

His name is Blaine? That’s a major appliance, not a name!
