Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 09:12amThe title of this post is what I felt in my lower back yesterday afternoon, as I bent over to put some stuff in a box. I recognized the feeling immediately. Luckily, I still had some anti-inflammatories left over from last time, and I think that helped a bit, although they make me very dizzy. My husband was kind enough to come home from work early and fuss over me, as well. This morning the back is very sore, very stiff, I can’t really bend over or navigate the stairs all that well. But at least I can move. Last night we had plans to go out in Lambertville to an Irish bar, and I was so looking forward to going and snapping some great photos and all. Instead, I spent the night on the couch in the fetal position. Sigh.

Because the last time this happened you were coming up here to visit some Canadians, and this time it happened just prior to a visit from those same Canadians, I feel there is enough evidence to suggest your back DOES NOT like Canadians.

Hmmmm. Good point. Also, the box I was bending over towards BELONGS TO ONE OF SAID CANADIANS.
Coincidence?
Of course, we do know that the only thing that cures my back is Macedonian moonshine.

Oh no! I’m so sorry. I hope this is a short episode.

Canada is waging war on the US, one back at a time. TRY AND STOP US! We will ship our boxes and have you bend over them and one by one immobilize you all!

Ha ha!
The box is exactly where I left it yesterday because I am afraid to move it again. It’s staring at me, mocking me, saying, “Go ahead. Pick me up. I dare you.”
