If you have a minute today, please help out the Franklin Township Animal Shelter. I have done lots of volunteer work for them in the past and they are a wonderful organization and truly need our help.

The Franklin Township Animal Shelter is eligible for a grant and we need your help!
The Animal Rescue Site $100,000 Shelter + Challenge together with PetFinder.com is awarding $100,000 in grants to eligible shelters on PetFinder.com.
The grand prize will be $10,000. Honorable mention will be 3 winners at $3,000 each. There will be only one state winner (51 states) eligible for a $1,000 grant.
What do you need to do?
1. Go to www.animalrescuesite.com
2. Click on the “Shelter Challenge” tab on the right side of the page.
3. In the box where it indicates “Search and Vote a Shelter” indicate:
- “shelter” – Franklin Township Animal Shelter
- “state” – locate NJ and click
- “city” – put Somerset
4. Click on “search“
5. The name Franklin Township Animal Shelter will be shown, in Somerset, NJ. Click on VOTE.
The deadline for votes is April 18, 2010. The great news is that you can submit a vote for the shelter EVERY DAY from today until that date.
Tell your friends and family. You can use the icon “Click Here to Tell A Friend” midway on the vote ballot page but the message is not shelter specific. Please ensure you indicate they should vote for the Franklin Township Animal Shelter in Somerset, NJ. The more people that cast a vote everyday the better chance SCFA has on receiving money to help our furry friends at the shelter.
