We put some teaser copy on the cover (which apparently no one proofed) b/c it got printed w/the word CONSTUCTION. Oh, that was a fun time! When I worked in publishing, the company I worked for once published a book with the word "Forward" in great big letters as the header on the Foreword page. That went over well.
