Yesterday, I did yoga for the first time in a while, and I did a little bit of this during the deep breathing/opening portion. Can I just tell you that today it feels like a horse kicked me in the ribs?

    Go you. I made my grand return to yoga last Saturday and was pretty much paralyzed for 3 days haha.

    Yoga kicks my ass in general. I’m the least limber person I know, so everything about it is very strenuous for me. Which, I realize means that I should try and do it every day, but.. whimper.

    Yeah, my hips are really tight and no matter how much I practice, they can only go so far.
