The MTV VMAs are tonight. I know they usually suck (although last year’s R. Kelly performance was so disturbing, it was very nearly art), but they’ve booked OK Go to perform their treadmill routine live. Dig it. [thx sandy]

It turned it on a little before this performance (awesome!) too bad I had to suffer through seeing Jessica Simpson present an award first.
