Monday Nights
Monday nights are usually movie rental nights in our house. Last night was Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Sweetest Thing. The geekboy got Buffy Season 1 on DVD for his birthday, so he wanted to start from the real beginning. I love that movie; always have. Good times. However, The Sweetest Thing? Horrific. I couldn’t even finish watching it. So gross. I am not a prude; I have no problem with dick and fart jokes. I spent Saturday night laughing uproariously at Margaret Cho discussing the finer points of eating pussy. But this movie was just stupid, obnoxious, and embarassing. Ugh. Nightmare. Obviously, the critics agree.
