Make Your Artist Take a Spelling Test First

The ten greatest misspelled tattoos. These all make me so sad. How hard is it to just check a dictionary? Even Bret Michaels has one.

Nice - I just did a word count and I have 241 words tattooed on my body, and only one misspelled.

He’s not illiterate - the transfer got smudged and he wasn’t paying attention [”Feellng”, if you must know]. It’s only noticeable to me since he pretty much repaired it on the spot.

I love “frunk.” It reminds me of when I was in China a few years ago, this unassuming kid had on a shirt with pictures of all kinds of sports balls and tennis rackets and the like, and across the front it simply said “soprts.” It still makes me laugh when I picture it in my head.

But my husband is essentially fluent in Mandarin and he says a lot (not all) of those cheesy shirts/tattoos with chinese symbols on them that say like “dream” and “love” and whatnot, don’t exactly translate perfectly either, and if you wore them in China, it would be both confusing and humorous to the Chinese. So I guess it goes both ways. We all get a laugh at each other’s expense.

“Stop trying to make ‘frunk’ happen. It’s not going to happen.”

Oh, it’s going to happen. Frunk you.

Geekboy, you just need to embrace your frunkness. Get down with the frunk! You’ve to the young spirit, so just be frunk!

On the radio the other day they were talking about bad tattoos. One woman called in and said her husband got the Yankees symbol on his arm but they put the N backwards.
