Last night I took advantage of the warm day and grilled some steaks for dinner. We found this great mesquite marinade; hot damn, it was good. On the veggie side, I sliced up some zucchini, portabello mushrooms and onions and put them on some tinfoil. I topped the pile with some slices of butter, some garlic, and sea salt/black pepper. Wrapped up the whole package and threw that on the grill as well. Mmmmm, smoky steamed veggies.
