Larry Craig Still Hates Himself

So yesterday the Senate passed a hate crime bill. Larry Craig voted against it. The world must be a very lonely place when you are mired down in such self-loathing.

    I could picture Bush’s briefing on Larry Craig’s arrest. I bet it played out a lot like that scene in the Sopranos when they were all questioning Finn about Vito. Each republican in the room getting madder and madder as the details unfold with the climax of rage hitting when they find out that Larry was the one doing the sucking.

    Um. The semantics argument here doesn’t really appeal to me.

    There is a difference between someone stealing my car or my wallet because they want money. It’s quite another thing for someone to attack me because they do not approve of the color of my skin, who I pray to, or who I have sex with.
