It’s weird; in the photos, Ben & Matt look so similar, but IRL they are completely different in color.

The backlighting makes their extra-fluffy and uneven kitten fur really stand out. Those kittens already know how to pose to accentuate their best features.

I have a kittie named Mattie who looked just like that when she was a kitten!

I got to cuddle Mattie today (Ben was being persnickety in Freakgirl’s arms). Oh. My. Gawd. You. Guys! So insanely cute and soft - he looked right into my eyes and I just wanted to eat him up. If only he wouldn’t kill my hubby, he’d be mine right now.

Seriously, FG, you should give the shelter some photos to post on their site. Half the photos I look at on shelter sites are blurry and the kitties are distracted or plain freaked out. Ella Bean looked rabid in her shelter pic.
And SIGH. If my boyfriend wasn’t already getting allergy shots for the one cat I do have, I would adopt them in a heartbeat.

My hope is that the shelter will never need their photo, as they’ll be snapped up on their first adoption day.
But I am definitely going to give them some photos when I do have to give them back.
