The biggest change is that my coats don't smell of smoke anymore and I spend a lot less time enjoying my patio. The latter part kind of sucks. I wish I could say I FEEL better but now I have asthma, which also kind of sucks. I do exercise more now, and I feel much more in control. Like I'm not tied to the nicotine anymore, you know?
