It’s Business Time!
Friday, April 11, 2008 at 01:02pmLisa just emailed me with the excellent news that she snagged us two fifth-row center seats for Flight of the Conchords at Town Hall NYC. OMG!!! Now I just need to decide on a tee-shirt — Jemainiac or Bretrosexual?

Jealous! I just walked past the Town Hall theater and saw the sign. I, unfortunately, am too pregnant to really contemplate hanging out in the city for hours after work and then sitting in theater seats for a couple of hours.

Hiphopopotomus or Rhymenoceros?

So envious.

Who’s gonna rock the party?

I like to rock the party.
Chips O'Toole on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 12:28 am
Genevieve: I totally understand. I missed being able to go to see Travis a while back in AZ (as well as many hockey games) because Mrs. O’Toole was pregnant, and there was no way she could handle that kind of seating/crowd environment. (though our obstetrician said she went to Jimmy Buffet concerts right up to the end of her pregnancy).
but we’ll now get a sitter and have tickets in hand to see Eddie Izzard in July!

We have Eddie Izzard tix for the end of June! There have been so many great shows and plays this year.
I remember Shannon went with us to see Lewis Black when she was very pregnant with Sophie, and during the loudest laughing and applause, Sophie would start kicking.

I’m seeing Conchords and Eddie Izzard back-to-back in May, Monday and Tuesday. My sides will surely be sore by Wednesday.
