The best stuff in the world is is Mario Badescu Drying Lotion and Buffering Lotion. When I see the beginnings of a cystic pimple, I put on the buffering lotion and then the drying lotion. It does not make it majically disappear, BUT, it helps to heal the bugger, calm it down, and makes its days numbered. Unfortunatley, I do not know of any chain outlets that carry these products, you can order them on Amazon and maybe have them delivered ASAP, or go to the website http://www.mariobadescu.com or go to NYC to thier spa/store. I would travel to the ends of the earth for this stuff. I have also soaked the bugger in hot water with a wash cloth, it helps to make it smaller. You can use some neosporin afterward.
