I think they spray here. That sucks you contracted it. :( Regardless, point taken. I don't leave the house without dipping myself in bug repellent. I hate it, because the natural stuff doesn't work for me so I have to use nasty Off brand. But if I don't, I end up covered in welts and scabs.
