I hate Ralph

I love our Sirius radio and I love being able to hear the Stern show every morning. However, it infuriates me beyond all logic that I have to listen to Ralph Cirella just about every single day. I LOATHE him and every word that falls out of his conceited and idiotic mouth. I literally have to turn off the radio. I’m begging you, Howard, stop it. And you just know this guy googles himself, so if you’re reading this, Ralph – I hate you.

You don’t like Ralph huh? I never had a problem with him. What is it about him you hate?

  2. Everything. His sense of entitlement, the way he talks about women, the way he judges everyone on appearance even though he’s butt-ugly himself, the way he thinks he’s a celebrity. I could go on and on. Even his voice makes me unreasonably angry.

I realize that everything I just said, you could probably apply to Howard, too. But it’s very different to me for some reason.

I have to agree with Freakgirl — Ralph’s kind of an ass, and I get angry every time I hear his voice. He’s just so clearly an “entourage” guy. Which would be fine if he knew that’s what he was. But he seems to act as if he’s just as important and interesting as the people whose coattails he’s riding on. There’s seemingly no humility or gratitude whatsoever, but plenty of judgment and self-importance. I eagerly await the day that he’ll finally overstep his leechy relationship with Howard and be out on his ass, wondering why nobody will give him the time of day any more. But sadly, sleazy guys like him are just clever enough to know what they have, and to never let that day come.

Freakgirl, the difference is that Howard, love him or hate him, has actually earned the right to be a self-important ass. He built himself up from nothing into a person that millions of people worship, right or wrong as that may be. And by that measure, he is “important”. But Ralph only thinks he is.

Yeah, Ralph is obnoxious for sure. I guess I pretty much think everyone on the show is funny though. Actually most of them are pretty obnoxious. Hell, I even like Elliot Offen and he’s the most obnoxious human alive.

  6. Apparently Elliot Offen was in some sort of accident where he hit two people with his car and one of them died. I can’t find details, though.

Artie is the one that makes MY skin crawl. They way he swears all the time now just because he can, not funny….that man has never said a thing that has made me laugh.

With Artie, I really don’t get the impression that he’s swearing just because he can. I think this is the way he normally talks, and that on KROK, he wasn’t swearing because he couldn’t. I mean, have you ever heard his standup routine before? Cursing is like punctuation for him.

Hey. I have Sirius radio on my computer. I can NOT find away to listen to Stern! Is he offered on the web? Please help.

  10. He’s not offered on the web, but apparently some people are downloading his shows:

Geekboy, I have never heard his standup and I never will. I don’t know why that guy annoys me as much as Ralph annoys Freakgirl but I find myself screaming at the radio for him to just shut up! Do you think he is funny or really contributes to the show in any way?

  12. I enjoy Artie. More than I enjoyed Jackie, actually, because Jackie had such a huge attitude problem. Artie is a fan of the show first, and I like that. This past year, though, with the drinking and everything…I don’t know.

I met Jackie about 7 years ago at an event and we actually became friends and still email on occasion. He is a really nice guy. I guess Artie just isn’t my cup of tea. Oh well…looks like I am stuck with him.

I do like Artie actually. As Freakgirl put it, he’s clearly a fan of the show, so I kind of feel like he reacts to things the way I would, which makes him a good point of reference on the show. Yet he’s not a “fan” in the freaky obsessed way that Sal is. But that’s another story …

I love me some Artie. My new fav is Richard too, although I know he creeps out the FG. I think he’s funny as shit. Of course my all time fav wack packer is Gary TR. And Beetle. And Hank – RIP.

Thanks for the info regarding Stern NOT being on the web…ahhhh I am going through H.S. w/draw.

Does this mean I have to get a Sirius playing device. DAMN!

    P.S. I like Artie too.

Lets get back to what a useless piece of crap Ralph is. Everyone knows he would be homeless in a soup line at the Salvation Army if it wasn’t for Howard. This guy just plain sucks. I hate him too.

    Ralph… as in puke!
He reminds me of every corporate ass kisser I’ve ever met. No real skills (except backstabbing) and the first in line to accept credit for other people’s work. He cares about no one but himself. He thinks he is automatically “entitled” to everything and takes extreme exception with anyone who would dare question his motives. The rules don’t ever apply to him. He is a racist, sexist, sadistic, lying thief who looks down on anybody and everybody who can’t further and/or promote his lifestyle. He is the supreme coat tail rider of all time and extremely proud of it. He has no real sense of humility, dignity or compassion for anyone. His ability to keep the attention of a few rich and famous people is his only source of income. You just know he falls asleep every night with a smile on his face, dreaming of the people he conned (and will con), out of anything and everything he can. I’m sure if you met Ralph at a party, he would lament you with tales of how utterly stupid and gullible the rich are, and how easy it is to take money from them and laugh behind their backs. I love the Stern show and would gladly double my subscription in exchange for never having to hear Ralph’s voice again. This Eddie Haskell wannabe should be banned from the airwaves… forever. I would however, enjoy listening to reports of anything bad and/or devastating happening to him. There is absolutely no tragedy he could suffer, horrific enough for me to feel sorry for him. I am sick of having to switch the station when he is on, and truly shocked at the level of hate and disgust I feel for someone I have never met. There is only one real purpose, I can think of, for this scumbag to exist… If the planet ever needs an enema, Ralph would be where we would insert the tube.
