"Help is on the way." It is rare that I get excite…
“Help is on the way.” It is rare that I get excited about politics, because it’s usually so depressing. But sometimes, like last night, someone gives a great speech and you forget about all the crap and name-calling and b.s. that comes along with the election, and for a minute you start to think, “Yes, maybe things CAN get better. Maybe they WILL.” There’s nothing I love better than a good rally, from Kerry yelling, “That flag doesn’t belong to any president…it belongs to all the American people,” to the DNC television director freaking out on-air that there weren’t enough balloons.
