Bergen County sells them to residents for only $42 - through their hazardous recycling center. I also recycle my paint, and about 25 gallons of paint thinner a year. Wilbur & Fannie are helping by shredding all my belongings (like my sofa and carpet) into small pieces, so that they can decompose more rapidly. They have a lot of time on their hands, damn cats.
