Friendly Neighbor Television
A few years ago, freakgirl’s very own Chuck used to make short films along with a friend. Thanks to YouTube, those films are now available for all to see. They’re all quite entertaining, but I think I like Technical Knockout the best.

Hey thanks! If anyone cares – the ones I made start down the list with “Out-Kast” and end with “Requiem for an Egg”.
The others are from my friend Mikey – I helped on many of those as well. It’s some pretty stupid stuff, so be prepared.
We were actually talking to MTV at one point years ago about a show – WAY before Andy Milanoukus and SNL digital shorts, etc. The producer that liked our stuff got fired though. I like to think we were ahead of our time. We need traffic though, so link away people!

Plus you can see how that Andy Samberg rat from SNL ripped us off with his “Laser Cats”. Watch “The Peaceblaster” series.

Yay! I just watched “Requiem for an Egg” and was relieved to find it wasn’t a take on “Requiem for a Dream” as it’s too pretty out to spend the rest of the day feeling haunted. Loved it. Is that you snacking, Chuck? Looked tasty.
I can’t wait to check out the rest, but ol’ Mr. Sun is seducing me with his golden rays, so I’ll have to nibble later.

I watched Technical Knockout this morning. Poignant and funny. Wonderful, Chuck.

That happened to me. Of course it seems silly now that I’m happily married, but it crushed me for a few weeks!
