   I still don’t feel like I’ve quit. I just feel like I’ve paused. Like I’m in some weird competition with myself to see how long I can go without a smoke.

    it’s 4 months for me. I started right after you. I think I feel like I’ve paused too. I’m getting married this weekend and I think if I can make it til Sunday without taking ONE puff, then I’ll truly feel like I’ve quit..

    Lee, congrats!!! On the quitting of course, but mostly the WEDDING! I hope it’s wonderful and fun and everything you want it to be. And you’ll be way too busy to think about smoking.
