Upon hearing the news, Bush stated, “The United States will help the people of Cuba realize the blessings of liberty.” Sigh. Maybe Cuba should ask the people of Iraq how much of a blessing liberty has been to them.

Right? Shut up, jackass. And I especially liked his comments about the sham elections the Castro brothers cook up. Uh, Florida? 2000? I guess the Bush brothers learned from the pros.
I really want to travel to Cuba soon. Just once I’d like to go somewhere without a McDonald’s and a freakin’ Starbucks on every other corner.
