Gone Fishin’
Well, not actually fishing, but I’m out of here for a few days. I’m heading down to Atlanta where I’ll be meeting up with several Freakgirl.com personalities. Chuck! Emilie! Justin! MAX! It will be glorious. I plan to laugh, drink and eat myself sick. Tomorrow night we’re having a late dinner at Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m going to visit Emilie’s store and hopefully check out some Atlanta-area cupcake shops as well.

About Panic Attacks
The past few days I’ve been complaining on Twitter and elsewhere about enduring some panic attacks and general anxiety. I am getting help and I am going to be okay. But I wanted to just share some information about panic/anxiety with everyone. I know many of you have gone through something similar, and I also know many of you simply wish to understand. I urge you to read the link and if you are feeling brave, share your stories and advice in the comments.
I’ve gone through a particularly rough few days but, with the help of supportive friends and a switch of meds, I am starting to feel like myself again. I talk about this only because I don’t think it should be a source of embarrassment to me or anyone. Love and kisses.

Many of you have off today…I don’t. Although I am at home because my job doesn’t have any work for me today. I have a freelance project to do and then I might go back to bed. I didn’t sleep last night and I’m completely off-kilter today. We’re supposed to get more snow tonight, too. Ack. I have photos to upload from the weekend; maybe later.
