A whole bunch of companies have dropped their advertising from Glenn Beck’s show on Fox News. UPS has gone even further, removing their ads from Fox News altogether. Awesome! Email UPS and thank them, and assure them you will continue to be a loyal customer — customer.service@ups.com.

Notes to DUMB IT DOWN:
- Peel your bananas before freezing, or you will be stuck like I was, trying to figure out how to get the peels off. I finally used a knife.
- Add honey or peanut butter, or both.
- After blending, it will be the consistency of soft-serve. I froze it for several more hours to get a more scoopable texture.
- Other than that, there’s really nothing else to do. Enjoy!

I was exhausted last night, but ended up staying up and watching Jon Stewart versus Betsy McCaughey. It was RIVETING. Apparently their sparring went on for so long, they had to end the show and put Part 2 up on the web. If you don’t know who Betsy McCaughey is, she’s the one basically responsible for all these people calling Obama “Hitler” and crying about “death camps” and “rationing.” Videos after the jump.
