Since I wrote that whiny previous post, two people contacted me and asked if they could help. Thank you, Chuck and thank you, Dave. I have good friends.

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Actually, I think I woke up on the wrong side of today, today. I’m having trouble writing a very simple article, and it’s pissing me off. I’m struggling with a design on a very simple website, and it’s making me mental. I realized this morning that while I can architect a website quite well, I’m way behind the curve on implementation. I feel too old for the industry. ACK! I also have a meeting tomorrow that I’m terrified about, so I’ve been enjoying that mounting stress since Sunday. It’s pouring and ugly outside and the cats are nervous from the thunder. I think I’m also having a mild panic attack.

So if my posts are boring or non-existent today, that’s why. Share your stories of woe in the comments, why don’t you — maybe we can all cheer each other up.
