How Was Your Weekend?
How was your weekend? Aside from being sick and just about losing my voice, mine was quite nice.

Weekend Plans
So, what are your weekend plans? Tonight, thank jeebus, we plan on not leaving the house. We’ll catch up on TiVo and start putting the kitchen back together and crap like that. Tomorrow night, Lisa and Charlotte and I will head to Maxwell’s to see Dean & Britta, and I’m very excited about that, even though I still feel like warmed-over ass. Sunday is my godson’s first communion, and we have to go to church. It’s possible I may burst into flame as I walk through the doors. And of course I’ll be making cupcakes for the post-church festivities.
Love for the Library
I have been really taking advantage of our local library lately. I find myself reading more, and flying through books. I stopped in there yesterday to return some and pick up a few more. I got You Don’t Love Me Yet
Rainbow Girl
About a year ago, I started a knitting project and I don’t think I ever posted about it again. It ended up being a jumper for Shannon’s daughter, and I gave it to her for her first birthday. I FINALLY got a photo from Shannon yesterday of little Sophie wearing it.
Still Sick
Still feeling awful today. But improved, if you can believe it. Having lost the past two days to a feverish haze, today I absolutely need to go out and run some errands. Wish me luck.
