You Are a Douche
Man, where were these during my barhopping days? Would have made things much more efficient. [via]
New Ask Freakgirl
New Ask Freakgirl! This one deals with a delicate subject, and I look forward to your comments.
College Student Jailed After Reporting Rape
A college student was jailed for two days after reporting a rape, and was denied her second dose of the morning-after pill. Yay, Florida! Unbelievable.
The Cupcake Courier
I wanted to give a shout-out to Jennifer Gunn, the creator of the Cupcake Courier. Lisa gave me this for my birthday and it is the coolest baking accessory I have, next to my KitchenAid. Every time I bring cupcakes anywhere, people go bananas over this thing and want to know where I got it. I love it. Totally worth the price, IMO. Right now you can only buy it online, but Jennifer let me know that you can also get it through QVC, which I believe has a lower shipping rate. So there you go.
I Have a Cold
Happy Wednesday, bitches. I think I have a cold. Nah, I know I have a cold. And it sucks. Oh well. I have a dentist appointment this morning to clean me teef and then I’ll be back later this afternoon with a new “Ask Freakgirl.” In the meantime, how are things with you?
J. Buckley is Back

The Police Reunite
Lisa just alerted me that The Police will reunite for the Grammy Awards. Cool!
The Astoria Notes
This is a fascinating read. A blogger in Queens starts receiving a series of notes from his downstairs neighbor. The story is so odd and the letters are written with such a formal flair, you can’t help but get totally engrossed. It takes an even more bizarre turn when a schoolteacher gets hold of the story. New Music
I decided to kick off the day by purchasing some new music. First up, The Shins – Wincing the Night Away. Also, I downloaded two singles by new pop sensation Mika. He reminds me of Jake Shears (which is a good thing). Anyone have any other recommendations today?
