cupcakes take the cake Thanks to the lovely ladies over at Cupcakes Take the Cake (who were recently on Martha Stewart!) for featuring me on their blog yesterday.

I get such a thrill when I see anything of mine over there!

    She’s the queen of vegan cupcakes, so yeah it won’t be hard.. it’s more the quantity than anything. I can’t wait to eat them up, yum!
