   President Bush, after recently discovering the hit NBC series “Heroes”, decides to test his new theory - if Sylar is able to absorb powers through the brains of others, perhaps he can gain much-needed intelligence through the same method. Still unsure about the potential effectiveness of his plan, the President begins with a subject only slightly smarter than himself.
