I don’t even know why I’m bothering to learn this “Constitutional law” stuff for the bar exam. OBVIOUSLY IT’S COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. Separation of powers? Checks and balances? Due process? Pshaw! HE’S THE DECIDER!
