I think Leslie Fiedler had a thing or two to say about this.

From literature, the famous ones are obviously Huck and Jim, Hawkeye and Chingachgook, Ishmael and Queequeg.

From classic TV:
Sonny & Rico (Miami Vice)
Kirk & Spock (Star Trek)

I also like Han Solo and Chewbacca. Maybe the reason why Anakin went bad was because he needed to continue the “bromo” relationship. Jedi eventually leave their masters, and just as he is facing life as a Jedi he has to run into the arms of the Sith lord. And the sith are totally bromos, but in a dom/sub bastardization. Hmmm … I think there could be an academic conference paper there!

It doesn’t look like anyone has mentioned the two men from Nip/Tuck. I never watch it regularly, and haven’t seen it in over a year so forgive me for only remembering one of their names…Christian. The other one was…? I think they definitely qualify.
